Do you recognise this situation? You put a lot of effort into your tendering processes, but nevertheless you have a sense that the cooperation is not achieving its potential. A contract audit can provide the necessary insight. The purpose of a contract audit is to determine the extent to which the performance of your facility suppliers is complying with the agreements made.
We base our audit on your contract documents, such as the schedule of requirements, the quotation and the agreed KPIs. After this, we determine which themes should be audited. These can include staff and organisation, innovation and/or reporting and process registration.
We summarise our findings in our advice report, which contains clear conclusions and improvement recommendations. These recommendations include how the cooperation can be achieved which you had in mind at the start.
