We use various measurement methodologies to measure the quality of the service provision as objectively as possible. For measuring cleaning quality, we use the VSR-KMS measurement or the ER-KMS measurement. The latter method is less well-known, and we use it primarily for results-oriented cleaning contracts.
We are particularly proud of the methodology developed by us for our client, Schiphol Amsterdam Airport. This custom-made measuring system SPM (Schiphol Performance Management) measures both the quality and the experience, and takes the conduct of the supplier’s employees into account in the measurement. This methodology has been so successful that we have also deployed this methodology at a number of French and Belgian airports and public transport companies. The SPM is fully automated and can be structured fully for your organisation, environment or contract form.
